As soon as one parks the car at Redgums and steps onto the ground, one becomes mesmerised by the spectacular sweeping 360' views. The rugged natural majesty is breathtaking. It is so close, you cannot take your eyes off the mountains, they keep drawing you to study and contemplate. The weather is irrelevant. The mountains can be shrouded in clouds or basking in sunshine. One is left feeling revered. The house is charming and comfortable, with many large windows allowing the views to be fully appreciated from inside the house.

And don't forget that the main shopping area is only a very short stroll away.

The rates are affordable and appealing to a wide range of the population.

To Hire Redgums Holiday House the following rates are applicable as of Jan 2012.

The tariff starts at $300.00 per night , based on a 2 night minimum.

This includes up to 6 people, with extra people for $25.00 per night.

Long weekends start at $360.00 per night, based on a 3 night minimum, once again up to 6 people, with extra people for $25.00 per night.

School holidays, for Victoria and South Australia, start at $360.00 per night, with discounts after 4 days.

Linen hire is a once only fee of $20.00 per head, or you are free to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Porta cot hire is $20.00

Easter is a flat rate of $2200.00 and offers 5 days accommodation.

(Please note that Easter 2012 is no longer available, nor the Grampians Grape Escape weekend in May 2012.)

Christmas and the New Year period is a flat rate of $2200.00 also, and covers 5 days.

Longer stays, and weekly rates are available, at discounted rates. This will depend on availability.

Payment for accommodation needs to paid in full at least 1 week prior to booking.

When this is received a 4 digit key code will be issued. This opens the key safe next to the front door, allowing you to arrive and depart at your leisure.

Check in and departure time will be flexible. We hope to structure the bookings to allow sufficient time between outgoing and incoming guests, so you have longer to enjoy the facilities.

Payment can be made via direct deposit into ANZ account, or cheque, or money order. Pay pal facilities also available.

Sorry we do not have credit card facilities.

Due to National Park classification, with abundant wildlife all around the property, we cannot allow you to bring pets to Redgums. Sorry. We would love to take our dogs on holidays with us too, but it is not practical.
