Halls Gap accommodation, what we can offer

Redgums has 4 bedrooms that are fully carpeted.

Each bedroom has an individual electric convection wall heater.

There are 2 queen rooms, and one has an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds, with the option of joining them together to make 1 king bed

The fourth bedroom is configured with 4 single beds, one of these being a trundle bed.

We opted to avoid bunk beds for safety reasons.

Bedroom 2 is a dedicated queen room, with double sliding doors leading out to the rear verandah, overlooking the back yard.

Bedroom 3 is shown here with the king bed option. This room also has double sliding doors leading onto the same rear verandah.

These arrangements sleep a total of 10 adults. There is plenty of blankets, quilts and pillows, with electric blankets on the queen beds only.

We have provide a total of 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite

There is a central family bathroom off the corridor, which has a double hand basin, large shower, and bath.

There is a combined bathroom and laundry near the kitchen, with a separate toilet

Bath mats and hand towels are included in the basic tariff.

The well equipped kitchen has gas hot plates with range hood, electric wall oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and wine cooler.

Polished floors add country charm.

There is plenty of quality crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Dishwasher powder, dish washing liquid, sponges, and tea towels are included in the basic tariff.

The dining table is huge and seats 10 comfortably and 12 just as easily.

The dining area was designed especially to take full advantage of the spectacular mountain views, being surrounded by large glass windows.

There is plenty of room to relax and entertain, with the lounge and dining rooms opening onto spacious verandahs at the front and rear of the house. We have provided a wide screen colour television, and DVD player. Digital television is now available. A welcome relief after many years of poor television reception.

A sound system is installed which has a multi stack CD player, radio, and double cassette player, as well as a music port to plug your own portable music into, ie iPod.

Linen hire is available as an optional extra, or you are free to bring your own.

Porta cot hire is also available.

There is no doubt that winter evenings in Halls Gap can be very cold. Redgums has a solid fuel heater, with all firewood supplied. A perfect way to relax after brisk walks in the mountains.
